Tired of the crud & other thoughts
The hubby started feeling cruddish on Friday, I followed on saturday, and The Guyser had a 104 degree fever today! He just got done being sick! I am so ready to fumigate the house. I know he is destined to get sick when we play with all the kids here.. who all have a parent who are a doc, being exposed to crud all the time. The Hubby knows exactly which patient brought this on, for at least him and I.... she sneezed right in his face and there was no escaping it. Nice.
The Hubby and I watched "JesusCamp" and "An inconvienent Truth" this weekend. Two documentaries well worth watching. Check them out, if you have not. We also watched The Prestige" which was VERY good!!!
Well, off to get the Guyser some Tylenol and put him to bed. I have a feeling it isn't going to be a restful night........

vinegar - set out a cup of vinegar. i kid not - it works wonders
The hubby has the flu (respiratory type). He picked it up in TX 1.5 weeks ago. Luckily, he hasn't given it to the rest of the family. He picked up some antiboitics and codiene-lace cough syrup yesterday. He informed that next year, he and the kids are getting the flu shot. The kids have yet to get it so why torture them w/ a needle, huh????
Ahhhh.... Jesus Camp. Proof that no matter how small a state's population is, there are still plenty of nuts to go around. :)
Never heard of Jesus camp... really have been hoping to watch the prestige.... Don't watch the wiker man - it sucks. - lady manta rae
Never heard of Jesus Camp???? It was even shot in our home state. I actually know someone who went to it. His parents are religious people, but even this camp annoyed them. Their son was expected to raise somewhere around $40,000 for the camp but soliciting people. Even his parents said NO.
